Role overview

Pandora is hiring an organised, proactive and results-oriented Assistant Store Manager to support retail performance and help lead a high-achieving store team. This position is focused on driving sales, strengthening customer experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations from the shop floor.

The role is based in Dundrum, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Ireland. It is a full-time, onsite opportunity covering 39 hours per week on a fixed-term contract of 12 months. The working pattern includes Mondays through Sundays.

Pay is set between €38,000 and €43,200 per year on a full-time equivalent basis. The package also includes a highly competitive salary, a monthly bonus scheme, employee discount, a jewellery uniform allowance, and other strong benefits.

What the job involves

• Help run the store successfully when the Store Manager is not present.
• Support commercial planning and day-to-day retail operations.
• Coach, develop and motivate a high-performing and inclusive team.
• Model the brand’s selling approach to create memorable customer experiences.
• Use sales data, KPI trends and customer feedback to improve store performance.
• Assist with visual merchandising and product presentation in line with brand standards.
• Oversee routines such as rotas, stock handling, till activity, security, health and safety, and compliance.
• Plan team coverage based on trading needs and seasonal demand.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care.

The ideal person will be a strong leader and collaborative team player who performs well in a busy retail setting. The employer prefers candidates with experience in a leading brand or in desirable consumer product retail.
