Descrizione del lavoro
Role overview
Brand Champions is a specialist growth agency that helps brands overcome key challenges through three core service areas: strategy, SOS support, and execution. The business has deep experience supporting well-known brands, particularly in healthcare, and also works across travel and hospitality. Its team brings together client relationship managers, project managers, strategists, creatives, researchers, and medical content specialists to solve complex problems, fill capability gaps, and deliver effective marketing work.
The company is hiring a proactive and flexible Assistant Marketing Manager to join its expanding marketing solutions team. The role supports a varied client portfolio spanning healthcare, restaurants, travel, and leisure. Beyond straightforward delivery assistance, the position calls for someone who can contribute marketing knowledge, improve campaign quality, and help ensure that all work is strategically sound, insight-led, and delivered to a high standard.
This opportunity suits someone with 3 to 5 years of marketing experience and a solid grasp of core marketing principles. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment with multiple clients and shifting priorities, and willing to learn while operating in both regulated sectors such as healthcare and consumer-facing industries.
