About the Role
Do you enjoy manual work and have a keen eye for detail? Our clients need you! If you also have experience with doors and windows, it's a perfect match! The Assistant Installer is responsible for assisting the installer in performing door and window installations.
Responsibilities
- Perform installations according to Magistral standards.
- Installation includes: removing the old window or door, installing the new one, insulating, and completing interior and exterior finishing.
- Perform service calls on previously installed products.
- Carry out corrections on existing installations.
Requirements
- Experience with doors and windows is an asset, BUT WE ARE READY TO TRAIN!
- Good physical strength and endurance.
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
- Customer service oriented.
- Comfortable with measurements and installation tools.
- Attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on quality.
- Resourceful and skilled in teamwork.
- Adherence to procedures, standards, and rigorous application.
