Asset Servicing Analyst

Role Overview

Harvey Nash is hiring an Asset Servicing Analyst for a 12-month contract in Dublin. The position sits within a busy financial services environment and focuses on the full lifecycle handling of Corporate Action events across multiple investment products. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate processing, strong compliance, and efficient daily operations, while also supporting improvement initiatives and project work.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and reconcile Corporate Action activity, including checking notifications, reviewing related communications, and supporting postings.
• Carry out operational tasks, analysis, and reporting within agreed procedures and deadlines.
• Use structured analysis and problem-solving to spot opportunities to streamline processes.
• Assess information to suggest improvements to workflows, systems, and control measures.
• Follow audit and compliance requirements closely and raise issues quickly when needed.
• Work with colleagues across functions to provide reliable, high-quality support and meet business goals.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with experience in asset servicing, financial operations, or a similar area.
• Good understanding of investment products such as equities, fixed income, and asset-backed securities.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word, with Access being an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team-oriented setting.
• Consistently accurate, dependable, and detail-focused in day-to-day work.

This is a Dublin-based hybrid role with a contract length of 12 months.
