Role overview
Amélie Company is hiring a concept-focused Art Director to strengthen its creative team. The role blends remote flexibility with regular in-office collaboration at the Denver office and is centered on shaping distinctive visual ideas for integrated advertising and marketing campaigns. This person should be both a strategic thinker and a strong designer who can turn briefs and audience insights into effective creative work across several channels.
The Art Director will collaborate with writers, designers, strategists, account teams, and production partners to develop campaign ideas that are both original and results-driven. A solid grasp of branding, advertising, digital marketing, social platforms, and visual storytelling is essential. Applicants must live in the Denver metropolitan area and be available for in-person collaboration, client meetings, presentations, and agency events.

- Offer constructive creative feedback while maintaining high design standards.
- Handle several projects at once in a fast-moving agency setting while staying on schedule.
- Coordinate with production teams and vendors during photography, video shoots, post-production, and final asset delivery.
- Contribute headline, messaging, and copy ideas when helpful.
- Keep up with industry shifts, new technologies, and changing social platforms.
- Guide and support designers through delegation, oversight, and clear feedback.
