About the role

This position is designed for a driven sales development professional who can manage the full top-of-funnel motion for a specific Shufti region. The role blends inbound lead qualification with outbound prospecting into one regional pipeline engine, helping ensure smooth early-stage sales operations. You will partner closely with the Regional Vice President and Regional Marketing team to support a localized go-to-market plan that expands market reach and contributes to revenue acceleration.

Key responsibilities

You will handle incoming and outgoing demand generation, qualify prospects, and support the transition from early interest to sales opportunity. The role also includes collaboration with leadership, sharing market intelligence, and maintaining strong pipeline discipline.

Inbound lead management

  • Assess high-intent inbound leads, qualify them for discovery, and guide mid-intent prospects through tailored follow-up sequences.
  • Revisit and re-engage prospects who have gone quiet to renew interest and determine whether they are ready for a sales conversation.

Outbound lead generation

  • Work with the Regional Vice President to define the regional target account list, with emphasis on Fintech, iGaming, Neobanks, and regulated businesses.
  • Run coordinated outreach across email, phone, social channels, and video, using 8–12 touches per prospect and Challenger-style messaging.
  • Research and prioritize promising accounts to improve regional coverage and strengthen Shufti’s position as a category leader.

Pre-discovery and hand-off to Account Executives

  • Hold initial qualification conversations to confirm fit before passing leads to Account Executives.
  • Prepare detailed prospect briefs using SPICED/BANT-C so AEs can move directly into closing conversations.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Partner with the Regional VP and Marketing team to align messaging, tactics, and regional go-to-market execution.
  • Share feedback on lead quality, buyer sentiment, and regional market patterns to improve the overall motion.

Performance expectations

  • Generate at least 20 Sales Accepted Leads per month.
  • Maintain a 35% to 40% lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
  • Contribute to annual pipeline value of USD 1.2M to 2.5M, depending on the region.
  • Contact 100% of MQLs within 15 minutes.
  • Ensure 95% of leads handed to Account Executives meet SPICED/BANT-C standards.
