AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

In this role, you will help advance computer-aided engineering by creating AI systems that operate with engineering intuition. You will be responsible for building, training, and rolling out models that speed up simulations, raise accuracy, and open up new ways to explore design possibilities.

Your work will span areas such as adaptive solvers, reduced-order modeling, generative design, and real-time validation. You will also contribute to embedding machine learning into high-fidelity simulation workflows so customers can iterate more quickly, catch issues sooner, and develop stronger products.

What You Will Do

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for engineering and simulation use cases.
• Embed ML capabilities into advanced simulation pipelines.
• Contribute to adaptive solvers, reduced-order modeling, generative design, and real-time validation efforts.
• Partner with engineering and applied AI specialists to strengthen CAE capabilities.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong programming ability and familiarity with languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Solid grounding in AI, machine learning, and data analysis methods.
• Knowledge of engineering concepts related to simulation, modeling, and optimization.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams and explaining technical ideas clearly.
• Good analytical thinking, careful attention to detail, and evidence of successful project delivery.
• Preferred experience with CAE, CAD, and PLM tools.
• Preferred exposure to a fast-moving startup environment.
