Overview
At Toloka, we bring together thoughtful, detail-oriented people from many countries to complete freelance online tasks that help train and refine artificial intelligence systems.
The Toloka Annotators team works on generative AI initiatives for leading technology innovators. The goal is to improve AI by involving real people in the development and evaluation process.
Role summary
As an annotator, you may be asked to participate in online projects that involve rating AI-created content, checking factual accuracy, or comparing different responses, depending on available work.
What you will do
- Review text, images, or videos with care and attention to detail.
- Apply labels or categories according to the project’s instructions.
- Spot and report content that is incorrect, sensitive, unsuitable, or difficult to interpret.
Important project notes
This is assignment-based freelance work, so tasks are offered only when a project is active. Depending on your profile and current openings, you may be selected for one or more projects.
Compensation varies by project based on scope and the level of expertise required. For this specific project, earnings can be up to the equivalent of $22 per hour.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any field.
