Role overview
This position focuses on finding new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and winning high-value B2B deals. The role is fully remote and suited to someone who can work independently while managing outreach and sales activity across Qatar and the GCC.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B prospects across Qatar and the GCC region.
- Build qualified leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Arrange meetings with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Run discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and business goals.
- Showcase Vertex Consulting’s AI-led solutions and explain the value they bring to businesses.
- Create quotations, proposals, and customized solution presentations.
- Track opportunities and manage the sales funnel in CRM systems.
- Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into clients.
- Keep CRM data and activity logs accurate and up to date.
- Work toward monthly sales and revenue targets.
What we are looking for
We are seeking B2B sales professionals who are energized by results and interested in helping businesses adopt AI-driven growth tools. Candidates should be comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders and confident in leading consultative sales discussions.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or consultative selling.
- Strong verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Comfort and confidence when speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Hands-on experience with prospecting, lead generation, and outbound outreach.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Experience selling AI solutions, SaaS, software, websites, CRM products, digital marketing services, or other professional services is an added advantage.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic or other languages are beneficial.

Compensation and work arrangement
This is a commission-only opportunity with no fixed salary. Earnings are performance-based and can grow without a cap.

- There is no upper limit on income; earning potential depends on performance.
- Working hours are flexible.
- The role is fully remote.
- Sales training and product knowledge support will be provided.
- Marketing materials, presentations, and ongoing sales support are available.
- Strong performers may grow into Sales Team Lead and future leadership roles as the company expands across the GCC.
