Role overview

Wolt is looking for a detail-focused Ads Operations Specialist to join the Wolt Ads team in Berlin. The position supports the ad operations function by helping manage ad and promotional campaigns, making sure they are delivered efficiently, and turning campaign results into useful performance insights. It is a good opportunity to grow expertise in ad operations, data analysis, and campaign management within a fast-scaling advertising business.

What you will do

You will oversee campaigns end to end for brands and merchants advertising on the Wolt platform. From the point a campaign is handed over by the sales or account team, you will help drive it through setup, launch, monitoring, optimization, and final invoicing. Over time, you will become a go-to expert on Wolt’s ad products and platforms while also helping sales and account teams improve campaign volume and advertiser retention.

• Build and manage advertising campaigns on the Wolt platform
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep campaigns running correctly and on schedule
• Track campaign results and make optimizations where needed
• Use data to generate insights and explain performance trends
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to support advertisers and merchants
• Identify process gaps and suggest smarter ways of working

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in ad operations, merchandising, or platform operations; relevant backgrounds include Campaign Manager, Campaign Operations Manager, Ads Specialist, Merchandising Specialist, or Campaign Specialist roles
• Experience using data to understand performance trends or to troubleshoot issues with engineering teams
• Strong accuracy and care for detail
• Ability to manage a large number of complex, urgent tasks and make frequent trade-off decisions independently
• Strong command of English; German and other languages are an advantage
