Role Overview

This position is a 1-year contractor role and requires onsite work in the UAE. The Administrative Executive (Travel) will oversee corporate travel operations for a global workforce, ensuring smooth travel planning, policy adherence, compliance support, vendor coordination, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities

The role covers the full travel management cycle, from policy communication and booking support to compliance checks, emergency assistance, reporting, and supplier management.

Travel Policy Management

  • Explain travel guidelines to employees, respond to day-to-day travel queries, and keep an eye on compliance with company rules.
  • Gather employee feedback on travel processes and update policies when market conditions or business needs change.

Travel Booking and Coordination

  • Arrange complete travel bookings for flights, trains, hotels, and related services while balancing budget efficiency with employee comfort.
  • Work with the third-party travel management provider, manage the backend booking system, and improve the overall reservation workflow.
  • Support travelers with schedule changes, cancellations, rebookings, delays, and other urgent issues, including round-the-clock emergency assistance across time zones.
