Role Overview
The organisation is hiring a permanent part-time Administrative Assistant for 21 hours per week in Ballycoolen, Dublin. The position is focused on delivering reliable, high-quality administrative support to the Administration team and wider Education Support Services function. The successful person will manage their own workload, prioritise effectively, and help ensure the people and teams they support receive excellent service.
Key Duties
- Deliver both general and senior-level administrative support, including diary coordination, meeting preparation, travel arrangements and other day-to-day office tasks.
- Assist with producing and organising reports, Service Arrangement paperwork and related documents, along with other administrative work.
- Handle queries from internal stakeholders such as operational teams, HR, Property, Finance and Business Development, and help prepare statistical information and reports for Education Support Services.
- Arrange Service Arrangement meetings and other support-related activities across the organisation, while providing the necessary administrative follow-up.
- Support systems used by Education Support Services by troubleshooting issues, helping prevent problems, and working with local and regional managers on business cases, requirements gathering and costings.
- Help maintain administrative systems and document management processes, including scanning, filing and structured record organisation.
- Support meetings connected to Education Support Services by drafting agendas, minutes and reports as required.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should be self-driven, organised and able to work in a deadline-focused environment. Prior administration experience is helpful, and the role also calls for strong technical ability, data handling skills and familiarity with office software. Experience supporting young people with additional needs is also valued.

Compensation and Deadline
Salary begins at point 2, ranging from €30,827.84 to point 5, €34,848.63 pro rata, depending on experience and qualifications. The closing date for applications is July 17th 2026.
