About the role
Frío Sparkling Water is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant who can support daily office operations, maintain records accurately, and contribute to accounting-related work. Experience in accounting and within the FMCG sector is preferred for this position.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out routine administrative duties and keep documentation up to date.
- Support invoicing work, data entry, and maintenance of accounting records.
- Work with suppliers, customers, and different internal teams to keep processes moving smoothly.
- Organize filing systems and prepare accurate reports.
- Assist with stock-related tasks, purchase orders, and other operational support activities.
Requirements
- Prior work experience in an administrative position.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Background in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
