Role Summary

This is a broad, fast-moving administrative position covering reception, office support and coordination tasks across the business. You will help keep communication flowing, records organised and day-to-day office operations on track.

Key Duties

  • Handle front-desk reception work and general office administration, including answering calls, sorting mail, filing documents and opening new job files.
  • Maintain the accounting system, including preparing and sending invoices.
  • Support the Town Planning, Engineering and Survey teams with administrative tasks when needed.
  • Assist with applications through the NSW Planning Portal as required.
  • Manage and route correspondence across several email inboxes.
  • Prepare, format and issue letters, reports and quotations.
  • Update internal databases and keep records accurate.
  • Organise stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Manage phone subscriptions.
