Accountant - Assistant Manager

This opportunity is with a well-established provider of corporate services and business consultancy, seeking a detail-oriented and strongly analytical Accountant at Assistant Manager level. The role involves managing a complete set of accounts for a Singapore-based client within a service-focused setting where accuracy, speed, and strong client partnership are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a complete accounting cycle for assigned clients, including cash flow tracking, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, GST matters, and year-end audit support.
• Draft unaudited financial statements and convert them into XBRL format.
• Compute tax-related figures for Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and support financial statement disclosure requirements.
• Work closely with team members and assist the leadership group in meeting departmental goals.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients to help ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Take on other duties or tasks as assigned from time to time.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA, CA, or an equivalent qualification; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome to apply.
• Brings at least 1 year of accounting experience, ideally gained in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
• Has practical experience using cloud-based accounting software.
• Shows strong attention to detail and solid analytical ability.
• Is able to work independently and manage work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Is driven by results and committed to delivering high-quality work.
