Role overview
This role is not about traditional account administration. The focus is on developing existing customers, increasing account value, and turning first projects into long-term, scalable partnerships. The position is based at the company headquarters in Hamburg city center.
Key responsibilities
- Work with warm accounts and uncover additional revenue opportunities through strategic upselling.
- Drive the growth of existing customer relationships rather than handling classic support or account maintenance.
- Convert initial deals into durable partnerships with strong commercial results.
- Close sales using provided leads, scripts, and an established system; campaign creation and ad writing are handled by the project management team.
Candidate profile
The company is looking for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in a demanding environment and is motivated by results.
- You should have a strong sales mindset and treat objections as the beginning of a conversation, not the end of it.
- This is a fully on-site position at the HQ on Rolandsbrücke; remote work is not offered.
- The workday is expected to start no later than 08:00, with an early-morning, high-performance approach.
- You should be driven by strong earnings potential and not be satisfied with capped income.
Compensation and benefits
- Starting package includes a fixed salary of EUR 42,000 plus uncapped commission, with a realistic target income of over EUR 100,000.
