Role overview
We are looking for an Account Manager in Singapore who can recognize what both new and existing customers need and help them succeed with the product. The role calls for strong communication with clients as well as internal colleagues so that customer issues can be understood early and resolved effectively.
What you will do
- Coordinate with teams across the business to keep everyone aligned on customer success matters.
- Build and nurture customer relationships so their needs are clearly understood and supported.
- Visit customers when needed to uncover opportunities to expand use of the platform.
- Track and report on the overall condition and performance of customer accounts.
What we are looking for
- Prior experience in account management.
- A polished communicator who is comfortable in client-facing interactions.
- Readiness and flexibility to travel for customer visits.
