About the internship
Queens Of Change Foundation is a women-led, government-registered organization working to improve dignity, equality, and opportunity for communities, especially women and girls. The foundation focuses on menstrual hygiene access, awareness generation, and skills-based support so women can build confidence, become more independent, and support their families.
This internship is centered on community-facing social work and fundraising. It is suited to candidates who are interested in people-oriented initiatives, meaningful communication, and understanding how collective participation can drive social change. Through this role, you will learn how engagement, outreach, and awareness-building help strengthen ongoing programs and deepen community impact.
What you will do
- Connect with individuals and groups to spread awareness about active social initiatives.
- Take part in interaction-led activities that encourage community participation and constructive conversations.
- Support fundraising efforts for organizational programs and related initiatives.
- Observe how different audiences respond to campaigns and identify approaches that improve engagement.
- Help maintain visibility for the initiatives through consistent communication and outreach.
Who can apply

Stipend and payout structure
The internship offers incentive-based compensation equal to 20% of the total funds raised. The stipend information provided includes a fixed component of ₹1 and an incentive range of ₹1,500 to ₹15,000 as lump-sum pay. The listed stipend range is ₹1,501 to ₹15,001 per month.
