About the Position
Join Reducate.ai as a Telecalling intern and play a key role in advancing our vision to transform education through cutting-edge technology. This remote, part-time opportunity involves communicating with potential customers via phone, addressing inquiries, and disseminating detailed information about our offerings to enhance outreach and sales impacts.
Key Duties
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and manage follow-ups on leads.
- Keep precise logs of customer communications and transactions using MS Excel.
- Effectively convey information in both English and Hindi to resolve client questions.
- Provide detailed product descriptions and pricing information to interested callers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve defined sales goals.
- Support scheduling and management of client appointments and meetings.
- Continuously expand your understanding of Reducate.ai's products and services.
Candidate Requirements
- Availability for a work-from-home internship lasting 2 months, starting between July 30 and September 3, 2026.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, as well as spoken Hindi.
- Competency in MS Excel for record-keeping purposes.
- Great communication skills and genuine interest in telecalling responsibilities.
Additional Details
Stipend: INR 2000 per month
Work Schedule: Flexible hours, 5 days per week
