About the internship
About the internship
This in-office internship is centered on helping prospective students explore overseas education opportunities. You will speak with leads who have already shown interest in studying abroad, guide them through suitable country and course options, and assist the counselling team through follow-ups, application coordination, and CRM updates.
What you’ll do
- Reach out to prospective students and have meaningful conversations with those interested in education abroad.
- Assess student backgrounds and goals to suggest fitting destinations and academic programs.
- Work alongside senior counsellors on application progress tracking and follow-up activities.
- Keep student interaction details organized and up to date in the CRM.
- Help revive cold leads through structured nurturing and re-engagement efforts.
- Join daily team meetings and learning sessions to stay aligned with the process.
Who can apply
Applicants must be available for a full-time, office-based internship and able to begin between 23 June 2026 and 28 July 2026. The internship runs for 3 months. Candidates should have relevant interests and skills. Women who are looking to start or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing graduation or recently completed a degree in any stream.
- Clear, confident communication skills for both phone conversations and face-to-face interactions.
- Strong interest in overseas education and study-abroad counselling.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Available to work full time from the office for 3 to 4 months.
- Previous exposure to EdTech, sales, or counselling is helpful but not compulsory.
Stipend and compensation
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 13,000 to 35,000. The pay structure includes a fixed component of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month and an additional incentive component of ₹3,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
