Role Overview

This internship is designed for ITI or diploma freshers who want to begin a career in renewable energy and solar project execution. The role provides practical field exposure across Andhra Pradesh through site surveys, installation checks, and operational support at different project locations.

Pre-Installation Work

  • Visit proposed solar project locations to carry out surveys before installation begins.
  • Evaluate whether the site is suitable for the planned solar setup and gather the technical details needed for execution.
  • Record measurements, take photos, and note important field observations.
  • Compile and submit survey reports in the required format.
  • Stay in touch with the reporting manager regarding site readiness and project needs.
  • Keep field documentation accurate and complete.

Post-Installation Work

  • Inspect operational solar sites to confirm the quality of installation and workmanship.
  • Check panel placement, alignment, mounting systems, and overall installation standards.
  • Carry out basic verification to understand whether the system is functioning properly and generating power as expected.
  • Spot and report any defects, deviations, or other site issues.
  • Maintain detailed inspection notes and records.

Coordination and Reporting

  • Work with the Operations, CRM, and Technical teams to help resolve issues and share progress updates.
  • Send field updates and status reports to the reporting manager on time.
  • Support project documentation and compliance-related record keeping.
  • Assist the team in ensuring solar projects run smoothly across the assigned locations.

Internship Details

The internship runs for 6 months and requires immediate joining. Work will be field-based with in-office support as needed. The organization states a stipend of INR 12,000 to 15,000 per month, with the final amount subject to company policy.

Selected interns will work from one of the following locations: Ramachandrapuram, Vizianagaram, Tekkali, Chirala, Narsapur, Narsipatnam, Palakonda, Tadepalligudem, Peddapuram, Jangareddigudem, Vishakhapatnam, Parbhani, Beed, or Jalna.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, can begin between 19 June 2026 and 24 July 2026, can stay for the full 6-month duration, and are from one of the listed locations. Applicants should also have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role. The internship is intended for ITI/Diploma freshers.
