This internship is with a new-age everyday carry brand built for bold, ambitious, and style-conscious people who are always on the move. The brand combines careful craftsmanship with practical design to create products suited to workdays, weekend getaways, and longer journeys. It positions itself as premium yet accessible, with an emphasis on comfort, durability, and modern style, while aiming to reshape everyday travel with purpose and confidence.

What you’ll do

  • Share planned content on Instagram, including Reels, Stories, and feed posts, according to the content calendar.
  • Handle direct messages and comments in a brand-appropriate tone, and escalate sensitive complaints, PR-related matters, and partnership inquiries when needed.
  • Keep an eye on trending audio, formats, and memes relevant to D2C, fashion, and commute-related audiences, and turn them into content opportunities.
  • Repost and interact with user-generated content, tags, and mentions that are relevant to the brand.
  • Review recent post performance using reach, saves, shares, and engagement data.
  • Help plan and update the weekly content calendar with the Growth/Retention team and the Video Editor.
  • Collect or source raw photos and videos for upcoming Reels using available devices and content materials.
  • Draft catchy captions and social copy for Instagram content.
  • Prepare weekly reports covering best-performing content, follower growth, and engagement patterns.
  • Research competitor activity to spot effective content ideas and emerging trends.
  • Work with the Video Editor to ensure content is delivered on time and that editing needs are clearly communicated.
  • Support creator and influencer outreach by researching profiles and writing outreach messages.
  • Organize and maintain user-generated content shared by customers and creators.
  • Assist with Instagram Story planning for product launches, hiring updates, festive campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas for future social campaigns and content themes.
  • Analyze performance to understand which content pillars drive saves, shares, reach, and engagement.
  • Support content capture on-site during events, shoots, pop-ups, and influencer collaborations.
  • Produce fast-turnaround content for live trends and newsjacking opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep social media content accurate, useful, and aligned with business goals.

Stipend and structure

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 20,000 to 40,000. The compensation structure includes a fixed component of INR 15,000 to 30,000 per month and an incentive component of INR 5,000 to 10,000 per month.
