This in-office internship is with an Indore-based education brand that focuses on honest conversations, student support, and practical growth rather than pressure-driven teaching. The role centers on promoting Bachat locally, building connections with businesses, and helping spread awareness through direct outreach and market engagement.
What you’ll do
- Visit nearby shops and businesses to introduce them to Bachat and clearly communicate how the platform can help them.
- Support awareness efforts through field marketing, social media activity, and day-to-day interactions with customers.
- Find new leads, maintain good relationships with shopkeepers and customers, and gather feedback from the market to refine outreach plans.
Who can apply
Applications are open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, on-site internship, begin between 20 June 2026 and 25 July 2026, and stay for the full 3-month duration. Applicants must be based in Indore. Candidates with the relevant interests and skills may apply, and women looking to begin or restart their careers are also eligible.
Requirements
- Strong Hindi communication skills; basic English communication is an added advantage.
- Comfort with field visits and regular interaction with shopkeepers and customers.
- A confident, energetic, self-driven attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Owns a smartphone and can use digital apps comfortably.
- Ready to travel across Indore for outreach and field activities.
- Open to students, freshers, and recent graduates.
- Previous exposure to sales, marketing, customer interaction, or content creation is helpful but not required.
- Ability to take initiative, handle problems, and adapt well to a startup environment.
- Interest in contributing beyond assigned tasks and growing with the team.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Perks and compensation
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 6,000 to 10,000, made up of a fixed component of INR 3,000 to 5,000 and an incentive component of INR 3,000 to 5,000. Additional benefits include a certificate and a letter of recommendation.
