This in-office internship is focused on sales, field marketing, and customer outreach for a green-tech urban gardening platform that serves homes and corporate spaces. The role is designed for someone who enjoys direct interaction, promotion, and converting interest into subscriptions and product sales.

The business provides plant care and gardening solutions for modern urban settings, combining recurring maintenance, specialized treatment for plants, and curated products for homes and workplaces.
Its offerings include scheduled plant-care visits by trained experts, repotting and soil-enrichment support, a dedicated plant nursery space for unwell plants, and customized plant bundles, premium pots, and garden essentials.
Key Responsibilities
You will be expected to engage with residents, apartment owners, and corporate contacts to understand their gardening needs and present suitable solutions. The role also involves organizing on-site promotional activities, increasing awareness through community outreach, and following up with leads until they convert into active customers.
- Start conversations with residents, premium housing communities, and corporate representatives to understand their needs.
- Explain subscription-based plant care plans and curated plant packages in a consultative manner.
- Represent the brand professionally and build strong relationships that encourage referrals.
- Plan and run pop-up stalls, kiosks, weekend plant counters, and other promotional setups in societies or tech parks.
- Create simple activities or product showcases to attract attention and drive footfall to the booth.
- Educate people about professional plant care, including subscription maintenance and the plant creche concept.
- Share flyers, combo sheets, and other visual material to improve local visibility.
- Generate leads, maintain a follow-up pipeline, and work toward closing sales.
- Convert conversations into monthly maintenance subscriptions or product combo purchases.
Who Can Apply
This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, start between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026, and commit to a 3-month internship. Stipend and Incentives
The monthly stipend ranges from INR 5,500 to INR 30,000. The compensation structure includes fixed pay of INR 5,000 to INR 10,000 per month and incentive pay of INR 500 to INR 20,000 per month. Earnings are described as uncapped based on performance.
