About the internship
About the internship
This role offers practical exposure to customer communication, online operations, digital promotion, sales, and business management. You will work closely with the founding team and help deliver freshly harvested Himalayan produce to customers across India.
Key responsibilities
- Connect with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social platforms.
- Turn incoming inquiries into confirmed orders and help drive revenue growth.
- Manage customer questions, feedback, and support after purchase.
- Support social media content efforts and customer engagement initiatives.

- Strong familiarity with Instagram and social media promotion is preferred.
- You should be eager to learn, take responsibility, and contribute to a growing direct-to-consumer brand.
- Good communication skills in both Hindi and English are important.
- A proactive, customer-first mindset and willingness to learn are expected.
