During the internship, you will work with CRM platforms, lead-generation workflows, Excel-based reporting, and automation tools while also using conversational AI tools to support customer and internal communication. Key responsibilities
- Use CRM software to maintain client records and monitor the progress of sales opportunities.
- Research and outreach to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Study sales data in MS Excel to spot trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Support the development and implementation of automation methods that simplify business workflows.
- Coordinate clearly with clients and internal teams to help sales efforts move forward.
- Apply tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve customer engagement and sales support processes.
- Perform business analysis to find improvement areas and opportunities for expansion.
