Role Overview
This internship is for a Junior Executive supporting strategy, governance, compliance, and legal coordination work within a maritime operations environment. The role combines documentation control, compliance monitoring, contract support, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain maritime, operational, and company manuals in line with applicable regulations and client-specific requirements.
- Set up and administer the organization’s document management workflow, covering approvals, version control, and secure record keeping.
- Examine records and documents maintained across departments to confirm they are accurate, standardized, and compliant.
- Prepare and refine audit checklists, audit reports, and operational documents so they follow a consistent format.
- Support the implementation, upkeep, and monitoring of ISO Quality Management System documentation and related compliance requirements.
- Track non-conformities, observations, and corrective actions, and help ensure they are closed within required timelines.
- Work with internal teams to make sure HSEQ procedures and standards are being followed.
- Assist in planning and delivering training sessions and awareness initiatives related to HSEQ.
- Provide support to the Maritime Policy & Research and Contracts & Risk Management functions when needed.
- Help maintain legal and regulatory compliance across all group companies.
- Draft, review, and coordinate contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and outside parties to support governance and compliance tasks.
- Contribute to business strategy, partnership development, and expansion efforts through research, coordination, and planning support.
Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship for 6 months, be able to start between 20 June 2026 and 25 July 2026, and be based in Navi Mumbai, Vashi, Belapur, Panvel, or Uran. Candidates should also have relevant interest and skills for the role.
