About the internship

This weekend internship offers a chance to support a well-known global brand, speak with international customers, and receive a certificate along with a stipend of INR 13,000. Free food, snacks, and beverages are also provided during cafeteria hours.

The internship runs across 7 weekends, with onboarding, training, nesting, and production spread over the dates below:

• Onboarding & background verification: 2nd August to 5th August (day or evening shift)
• Training: 9th August and 16th August (Sunday)
• Nesting: 23rd August and 30th August (Sunday)
• Production / actual work: 6th September, 13th September, and 20th September (Sunday, night shift only)

The role is based in Hyderabad, and candidates must manage their own transportation to the office. No cab support is provided apart from the stipend.

Role expectations

• Handle customer interactions over the phone and deliver strong service quality.
• Follow the quality benchmarks set for the program.
• Keep up with current updates and process information.
• Work on voice-profile related tasks as required.
• Be ready to complete training successfully before moving to the production phase.

Shift and schedule details

• Training and onboarding may happen in either day shift or evening shift.
• Production is scheduled only in the night shift.
• Applicants should be comfortable working rotational day and night shifts on weekends.

Eligibility and other requirements

• Only candidates from Hyderabad can apply.
• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• They should be able to start between 27th Jun'26 and 1st Aug'26.
• The internship duration is 1 week.
• Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
• Both freshers and candidates with prior experience may apply.
