About the internship

CureAble offers individualized, expert-designed care for special children in the comfort of their homes. The organization’s trained caregivers work from home-based settings and follow a structured daily plan created by a specialist therapist to support each child’s overall development.

What you will do

• Oversee and organize daily team workflows so operations run efficiently.
• Maintain professional client relationships and respond to their needs in a timely manner.
• Support payroll processing and keep payroll documentation accurate and up to date.
• Track team output, allocate work, and make sure tasks are finished within deadlines.
• Coordinate with employees, help resolve workplace concerns, and assist with people-management activities.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work remotely, are able to begin between 22 Jun 2026 and 27 Jul 2026, and can commit to a 4-month internship. Applicants should bring relevant skills and genuine interest in the role. Women looking to start or restart their careers are welcome to apply, and freshers may also be considered.

Other requirements

• The applicant should have a strong interest in the role and be available for at least 4 months.
• This position may convert into a full-time remote role based on performance.
• Prior extensive experience is not required; freshers are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and perks

The stipend offered is INR 8,000 to 10,000 per month. Perks include a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and a possible job offer.

Additional information

If the internship converts successfully into a permanent position, the expected salary is INR 200,000 to 300,000 per year.
