About the internship
This six-month, full-time office internship is for an Equity Advisor / Sales Executive role with a leading financial services organization operating across booking and distribution, asset management, private equity, housing finance, investment banking, and wealth management. The company has a nationwide footprint of 2,200+ locations across 500+ cities in India.
What you will do
- Drive brokerage revenue by guiding clients on equity portfolios for long-term investing and by sharing positional stock ideas for short- to medium-term opportunities.
- Build durable client relationships that support retention, while also contributing to fresh business growth.
- Work closely with relationship managers and complement their efforts to expand business outcomes.
- Stay updated on market trends, research, and broader market intelligence.
- Follow compliance standards and risk controls in every activity.
- Share timely updates and progress reports with the reporting manager whenever needed.

Requirements
- Practical understanding of equity fundamentals and technical analysis.
- Ability to contribute to revenue generation and achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce is preferred, with B.Com or M.Com being the ideal background.
- Prior exposure to equity or multi-asset dealing is expected.
- Valid NISM Series VIII certification is mandatory.
- Good command over equities, derivatives, MCX, currency markets, and mutual funds.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working under pressure.
Stipend and conversion details
The internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹15,000 to ₹25,000. The stipend is structured into a fixed component of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month. If converted to a permanent role, the expected annual salary is ₹2,40,000 to ₹3,00,000.
