Role overview

As a Customer Service / Customer Support intern, you will support parents and customers across multiple communication channels while helping the team maintain smooth service operations in a busy environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions through phone, email, and chat with a helpful and professional approach.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and service issues promptly and courteously.
  • Support both new and existing parents with their queries and needs.
  • Keep customer information accurate and updated in the internal database.
  • Work with teammates to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare reports and examine data using MS Office tools, especially MS Excel.
  • Communicate clearly in both English and Hindi to serve a varied customer base.
