About the internship
This internship is focused on building and managing social-first brand content for a jewellery business. The selected intern will support the creation, scheduling, and performance tracking of content across major social platforms, while contributing ideas that reflect premium, high-jewellery and luxury-style storytelling.

Naren Gems is a multi-generation solitaire trading and jewellery manufacturing company, currently led by its fourth generation and operating from BKC in Mumbai.
What you will do
- Design eye-catching digital creatives such as static posts, carousels, and stories for Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook in line with the brand’s visual style.
- Support jewellery photography by helping with flat lays, close-up detail captures, and lifestyle-oriented imagery for social media.
- Produce and edit short-form video content, including Reels, behind-the-scenes snippets, and product showcase clips for Instagram and Facebook.
- Organise and maintain a content calendar, making sure posts are planned ahead and published consistently across channels.
- Monitor social and market trends in jewellery, fashion, and lifestyle, then turn those insights into fresh content ideas.
- Interact with the online community by replying to comments, direct messages, and other audience engagements to help build loyalty.
- Develop Pinterest boards and mood-led collections that increase brand visibility and drive traffic from Pinterest.
- Support the team during product shoots, launch campaigns, festive promotions, and editorial-style photography sessions.
- Review social performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, and share weekly updates with the team.
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and help shape the brand’s storytelling direction.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, can begin between 19 June 2026 and 31 July 2026, are available for the full 3-month duration, are based in Mumbai, and have relevant interests and skills.
Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to INR 10,000.
