Warehouse Manager

Role Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of a warehouse, including inventory control, dispatch coordination, material handling, and overall operational flow. The role also requires improving storage utilization, supervising maintenance-related activities, guiding warehouse staff, working with vendors, and making sure safety and efficiency standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Lead warehouse activities from receiving and storage to dispatch and movement of materials. Maintain accurate stock records and support processes that improve inventory reliability. Plan and organize the use of warehouse space for better storage efficiency. Coordinate maintenance work and ensure operational infrastructure remains functional. Supervise and support warehouse teams to keep work on track. Handle vendor coordination and support supply-related activities as needed. Monitor workplace safety practices and help maintain a secure, efficient warehouse environment.

Eligibility

Candidates should have an ITI certification in Civil and Mechanical Draughtsman, a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Compensation

The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 5,00,000 to INR 14,00,000.
