Technician - RDA Shift Process

Role Overview

Join a collaborative and inclusive team focused on advancing innovation in memory and storage solutions. In this Real-Time Defect Analysis (RDA) Shift Process Technician position at Micron Fab10 in Singapore, you will help detect, study, report, and resolve defect-related concerns that affect product quality and process stability. The work is fast-moving and hands-on, with close coordination across engineering and manufacturing groups.

What You Will Do

• Review defect data through SEM, optical inspection equipment, and statistical tools to pinpoint process abnormalities.
• Flag tool concerns, possible excursions, and scrap exposure to the relevant teams in a timely manner.
• Read and carry out Special Work Requests accurately, while providing clear feedback on the outcome.
• Record observations, prepare deviation reports, and contribute to excursion investigations.
• Support the creation of PowerPoint updates for daily meetings.
• Follow all safety and environmental rules and help maintain compliance at the workplace.

What Micron Is Looking For

• A diploma in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Prior semiconductor experience is beneficial, though not mandatory.
• A proactive mindset, clear communication, and a sense of ownership.
• Strong teamwork, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and self-motivation.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including day or night rotations, based on business needs.
• Good spoken and written English, plus confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
