Role Overview
Joom Group is hiring a Technical Recruiter contractor for a 3-month fully remote assignment. The role is focused on supporting engineering hiring, especially for backend, frontend, and Data/ML & analytics positions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, starting from the hiring-manager intake and continuing through to the final offer stage.
- Find and approach candidates proactively through direct sourcing.
- Run first-round screens to evaluate technical capability and motivation.
- Support candidates across the interview process, arrange interviews, and combine interview feedback.
- Keep the hiring pipeline active and track important recruitment metrics.
- Deliver a smooth and positive experience for every candidate.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to source directly and connect with passive talent.
- Good understanding of technology stacks and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
- Hands-on experience using an ATS and managing pipelines in an organized way.
- Ability to work independently and start producing results quickly, as this contract requires fast ramp-up.
