Role overview

Sprout is looking for a full-time Team Member in Cork. In this role, you’ll be one of the main faces customers see, helping create a welcoming experience while also supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant. The position suits someone who enjoys working with people, keeping a fast pace, and being part of a close team.

You’ll report to the Restaurant Leader. This is a full-time contract, and the pay is €14.15 per hour.

What you’ll do

• Step into different parts of the shift as needed, including food preparation, setting up the service area, and keeping the restaurant organised.
• Create a friendly and reassuring experience for customers through warm, genuine interactions.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-prepared restaurant throughout the day.
• Work across the service line, including till, toppings, and mix stations, and build confidence in each area.
• Follow checklists carefully so dishes are presented and served to the expected standard.
• Learn the menu well enough to answer questions and make helpful recommendations.
• Support food safety, hygiene, and health and safety practices across the team.
