About the role

The restaurant operates across day and night trading hours, which can support a flexible schedule alongside other commitments. You’ll work with fresh ingredients, keep the service flowing smoothly, and help maintain a clean, upbeat environment.

What you will do

• Greet customers warmly and provide consistently friendly service.
• Prepare food by following recipes and procedures accurately for different meal periods.
• Adjust preparation based on customer demand and expected volume.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, handling, and sanitisation practices.
• Help with routine and scheduled cleaning across production areas, dining spaces, and the wider restaurant.
• Support any other tasks needed to keep the restaurant operating efficiently and ensure guests have a positive visit.
