Role Overview

This is an entry-level retail sales associate position with scheduling flexibility to suit different lifestyles. The work typically includes handling cash, processing fuel transactions, keeping the store clean, and stocking merchandise. In some foodservice-focused locations, the role also includes food preparation and observing food safety standards. Prior experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is helpful but not required, as training is provided for candidates with a positive attitude.

Key Duties

Store crew members are expected to create a positive customer experience, keep the location clean and safe, prepare food properly, operate cash and fuel transactions accurately, and help promote the rewards and loyalty program. The role also requires following health code standards and performing physical tasks such as repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
