Key responsibilities

• Manage and refine identity and access management systems, including SSO rollouts and automated employee joiner-mover-leaver workflows.
• Develop and sustain automation processes that reduce repetitive IT work and increase team efficiency.
• Review SaaS usage patterns to find opportunities to lower costs, improve license efficiency, and get more value from software spend.
• Create reporting and analytics that highlight software costs, usage trends, renewal exposure, and optimization opportunities.
• Handle user access setup and removal while maintaining secure, streamlined access controls.
• Investigate and fix IT issues, then put longer-term improvements in place to stop problems from returning.
• Support endpoint management with particular attention to a strong macOS experience for users.
• Work with stakeholders across technical and business teams to improve infrastructure, workflows, and service quality.
• Assess, deploy, and maintain a broad set of SaaS applications and productivity solutions used across the company.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical experience supporting, maintaining, and administering IT infrastructure in a growing organization.
• Hands-on background with identity and access management tools, especially SSO implementation and user lifecycle administration.
• Proven experience creating automation workflows, integrations, and process enhancements using APIs and modern automation platforms.
• Experience supporting SaaS environments and tools across collaboration, productivity, communication, and security functions.
• Good understanding of macOS environments and endpoint management best practices.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability, with a focus on identifying root causes and building scalable fixes.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with distributed teams.
• Ability to juggle several projects at once while staying detail-oriented and prioritizing effectively.
• Collaborative, relationship-oriented approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment and able to stay self-directed and resourceful.
