Role summary
We are looking for a Solution Architect to shape end-to-end technology designs for both enterprise and product-focused applications. This role is based in Surat with the flexibility to work remotely. The position calls for 8+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in an architecture-focused role, and offers compensation of up to 15 LPA.
Key responsibilities
- Design complete architecture solutions for enterprise and product applications from concept through deployment.
- Prepare and assess HLDs, LLDs, architecture visuals, deployment schematics, and technical documentation.
- Build systems that are scalable, secure, highly available, and easy to maintain.
- Assess technologies, frameworks, tools, and platforms to identify the best-fit solution for each need.
- Lead architectural decisions for cloud-first and distributed environments.
- Guide implementation and release activities with clear technical direction.
- Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Take part in requirement discovery, technical problem-solving, and strategic planning discussions.
- Help development teams work through complex technical issues.
- Document architecture approaches, diagrams, roadmaps, and implementation standards.
- Perform feasibility analysis, technical evaluation, and risk assessment.
- Promote and enforce strong architecture practices and development standards across teams.
Required experience and technical background
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in an architecture position.
- Strong hands-on background in solution architecture, system design, and enterprise architecture.
- Good understanding of system architecture, solution modelling, and enterprise application integration.
- Practical experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
- Exposure to caching systems like Redis.
- Experience with messaging and queueing platforms such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, or Service Bus.
- Solid knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, and distributed system design.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases as well as modern backend or application frameworks.
- Understanding of scalability, security, reliability, and performance tuning principles.
Compensation
The salary offered is up to 15 LPA.
Work location
Surat, Gujarat, India, with remote work flexibility.
