Role Overview
MideaSeed is seeking a creative, trend-aware, and execution-driven social media professional to support the growth of several brand accounts from its office in Boring Road, Patna. The position may be filled at either associate or manager level, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and performance during the selection process.
Compensation and Growth
Monthly pay is expected to be in the range of ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 for the Social Media Associate role and ₹16,000 to ₹20,000 for the Social Media Manager role. The final designation and pay package will be decided based on experience and assessment outcomes. The company also mentions performance-linked increments and growth opportunities after 3 to 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, prepare, and post content that is engaging and suited to different social media platforms.
- Handle day-to-day activity on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Support the planning and rollout of social media strategies and campaign ideas.
- Work closely with design, content, and production teams to deliver coordinated outputs.
- Keep track of new platform features, trends, and algorithm updates.
- Review content results and turn performance data into practical improvements.
- Contribute ideas for creative campaigns and audience engagement initiatives.
- Assist with shoot planning and content coordination whenever needed.
Desired Profile
- 0 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Good working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and short-form content formats.
- Strong verbal communication and content-writing ability.
- A creative approach with careful attention to detail.
- Capability to manage several tasks and deadlines at once.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and analytics tools is preferred.
- Prior exposure to paid promotions would be an advantage.
