Role Overview

This position is for a civil site engineer who will support construction activities at project locations in Chennai. The role focuses on supervision, coordination, and on-site execution support while building practical exposure to planning, reporting, and quality-focused site work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor site execution so that quality and safety requirements are consistently maintained.
• Work closely with contractors, site supervisors, and vendors to keep daily operations aligned.
• Assist with tracking materials and maintaining essential site records and documentation.
• Gain hands-on understanding of project execution, planning workflows, and reporting practices.

Candidate Profile

• A degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Applicants should be fresh graduates or have up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic familiarity with structural construction methods is expected.
• The role requires readiness to work at active project sites.
• Candidates should be eager to learn site execution practices and quality control standards.
• A disciplined approach and professional conduct are important for this position.
