Role Overview

Urban Infosoft is hiring a Service Engineer based in Chennai, India. The role is focused on delivering on-site technical support, maintaining product performance in the field, and helping ensure a smooth customer experience through timely service and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver technical assistance at customer sites and resolve service issues in the field.
Respond promptly with product support during field visits to minimize downtime.
Work closely with the sales team to support customer satisfaction objectives.
Carry out servicing, troubleshooting, and repair activities to keep equipment in good working condition.

Eligibility

Candidates should hold a Diploma in any specialization.

Compensation

The offered salary is INR 2,40,000 to 3,00,000 per year.
