Job Summary
Shun Aircon Services is looking for a dependable and driven Service Coordinator to help manage everyday service activities, arrange maintenance work, handle customer communication, and uphold strong safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Service Manager to keep day-to-day service operations running efficiently.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance assignments with service technicians so project timelines are met.
- Handle customer questions and complaints in a professional manner to support a positive client experience.
- Track service progress and follow up on outstanding items to ensure maintenance jobs are completed on time.
- Arrange site visits and relay service updates to clients in a clear and timely way.
- Draft, maintain, and update service reports and work logs for accurate record-keeping.
- Apply maintenance standards and safety procedures to support compliance with relevant regulations.
- Build practical technical knowledge to improve performance and assist with service operations.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Applicants with a Diploma, Nitec, or other technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related discipline are preferred. Prior exposure to swimming pool, water feature, M&E, plumbing, or maintenance work will be an advantage.
