About the role
This position is part of the Ads organization and focuses on analytics, automation, and reporting. The role is designed to strengthen strategic insights, improve reporting efficiency, and support better data-based decisions across advertising operations.
Key responsibilities
- Build, refine, and maintain SQL queries and scripts to pull, transform, and interpret large datasets.
- Use Python to automate data workflows and carry out analysis and extrapolation tasks.
- Connect multiple data sources and APIs to support near-real-time monitoring and automated solutions.
- Work with cross-functional partners to back business strategy and operational decisions with data.
- Support the creation and upkeep of reporting models and dashboards.
- Perform exploratory analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities within the Ads business.
- Help design and roll out automation frameworks that improve internal processes.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, automation, data science, or a similar area.
- Hands-on background in data automation.
- Experience working with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
- Strong SQL skills for advanced querying and data manipulation; candidates should be prepared for a live assessment during the interview process.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Knowledge of digital advertising or media analytics is an advantage.

- Exposure to GenAI for workflow automation or data analysis is a plus.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-moving environment and juggle several priorities.
