Role Overview
This is a walk-in opening for a Semivoice Customer Support role with a work-from-home setup available after the first 3 months. The position is open to both entry-level and experienced candidates, and freshers are welcome.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should have strong communication abilities, be prepared to work night shifts, accept rotational weekly offs, and be able to join immediately.
Experience and Pay
The role accepts candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience. Compensation is fixed and non-negotiable: freshers receive a take-home salary of 18,000 per month, while experienced candidates receive a take-home salary of 22,000 per month.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries using a blend of voice calls, chat, and email in a semi-voice support environment.
- Support interested customers by explaining products or services, guiding them through the purchase journey, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
- Investigate customer concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a strong customer experience.
- Record customer interactions accurately and keep CRM entries up to date.
