Role overview

We are looking for a Scrum Master to support a remote team based around Northampton, CA. This assignment is expected to run for 1 year and combines agile delivery leadership with technical collaboration across AI-related and data-focused workstreams.

Core focus areas

The role calls for someone who can lead agile ceremonies, guide delivery teams, and keep communication flowing between stakeholders and technical contributors. In addition to standard Scrum Master responsibilities, the position includes work around engineering leadership, AI agent development, and research into emerging AI capabilities that could improve the Success Portal AI Assistant.

Technical and delivery responsibilities

• Provide Scrum Master support and help the team stay aligned with agile practices and delivery goals.
• Act as an engineering leader who can coordinate work across technical contributors and stakeholders.
• Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders and keep delivery expectations transparent.
• Contribute to AI agent development initiatives.
• Research and evaluate new AI technologies to identify features that can strengthen the intelligence and efficiency of the Success Portal AI Assistant.
• Support data maintenance and development efforts, including EL/ELT activities that gather raw data from multiple sources and structure it so the portal shows accurate, current information for CSMs.
• Monitor daily and weekly jobs and help address issues when they occur.

Required background

The assignment requires strong experience in engineering leadership, Scrum Master practices, and stakeholder communication. Candidates should also be comfortable working on AI-related initiatives and data operations.
