Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and nurture Business Associates.
• Provide product knowledge and sales-training support to Business Associates.
• Encourage the team to stay focused on targets and business outcomes.
• Assist Business Associates while handling customer conversations.
• Schedule and run periodic business review discussions.
• Develop and maintain reliable customer relationships.
• Monitor performance and take steps to lift productivity.
• Ensure monthly business targets are achieved.

Candidate profile

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 1 year of field sales experience is needed.
• Strong speaking and presentation abilities are important.
• The candidate should be comfortable working in field sales.
