It continues to grow in these markets and is also preparing for future expansion. The team is led by alumni from institutions such as IIM, IIT, AIIMS, and ISB, and has more than 1,000 employees.

Role overview

This internship is focused on student accommodation sales and lead handling. The selected intern will interact with students and parents, understand their housing needs, explain property options, and support the journey from enquiry to move-in confirmation.

What you will do

• Introduce yourself in a confident, professional manner to students and parents looking for accommodation.
• Identify key requirements such as college location, budget, room preference, and expected stay duration.
• Respond to parental concerns around safety, meals, amenities, and property quality.
• Present property details, pricing, facilities, and rules with clarity.
• Provide a smooth and reassuring experience while prospects evaluate their options.
• Manage incoming enquiries through calls, messages, and on-site visits.
• Match prospective residents with suitable properties based on their needs.
• Plan, coordinate, and support property visits for students and parents.
• Stay in regular touch with leads until booking is confirmed and occupancy is closed.
• Explain pricing, deposits, documents required, and the move-in process.
• Maintain records of leads, enquiries, and prospective residents in the database.
• Log interactions, preferences, and requirements accurately in internal systems.
• Track follow-ups so that no enquiry is left unanswered.
• Keep visibility on bed availability, occupancy levels, and upcoming vacancies.
• Work with property teams to ensure beds are prepared for incoming residents.
• Help deliver a smooth and hassle-free move-in experience.
• Raise concerns early if they could affect bookings, occupancy, or customer satisfaction.
• Understand demand patterns linked to admissions, academic calendars, and seasonal occupancy changes.
• Observe how students make decisions and share insights that can improve conversions.
• Monitor occupancy performance for assigned properties and support efforts to improve it.
• Share ideas to strengthen student engagement, lead conversion, and the overall customer experience.

Internship details

The internship is full-time and in office at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. It lasts for 3 months and begins immediately. There are 2 openings available. The application deadline is 18 July 2026 at 11:59:59 PM.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, can start between 17 June 2026 and 22 July 2026, are available for the full 3-month duration, and have relevant skills and interest in the role.

Compensation and perks

The stipend for this internship is INR 15,000 to INR 15,001 per month. Additional perks include a certificate and free snacks and beverages.
