OneCart is a B2B SaaS solution designed to help merchants handle inventory, orders, and product listings across marketplaces and storefronts such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and others. The team is small and focused on improving how e-commerce businesses operate across the region.

This position is for someone who will take full ownership of new business generation. There is no inbound lead queue to manage; instead, you will identify prospects, introduce them to OneCart, and close new deals. The role covers Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines, with additional global customers as an upside.

Performance is measured by net new closed deals. Commission is uncapped and begins at 20% of contract value, so earnings grow with the number of deals you win.

What success in this role looks like

  • Deliver product demonstrations that directly address the customer’s business problem.
  • Negotiate and close the sale, then transition the customer smoothly to onboarding.
  • Develop trust with prospects by understanding their business, platforms, and challenges before pitching.
  • Support new customers through trial and initial setup so adoption is strong.
  • Keep in contact with prospects who are not ready to buy yet, since timing can change.
  • Share insights from the market with product and marketing teams.
  • Become highly familiar with the product so you can demo all major features confidently without notes.
  • Stay updated on new releases, as the product evolves frequently.
  • Link real seller pain points such as lost orders, stockouts, and wasted time to specific OneCart value propositions.
